 Mr. Temsamani is a highly experienced professional with over 23 years of expertise in the telecom sector. He has been responsible for various areas of the industry, ensuring revenue and contributing to the successful launch of two operators in Morocco, Meditel (currently Orange) and Wana Corporate. In his previous roles, Mr. Temsamani was responsible for the establishment and building of structures, staff recruitment, and the start of activities. He has extensive knowledge and experience in risk management, fraud management, revenue and business assurance, internal audit, billing (B2C, B2B, and wholesales), management of receipts, and bad debt collection in different phases such as the dunning process, collection amicably, pre-litigation, and litigation. Moreover, he has expertise in the management of interconnection, process and quality, and customer care. Mr. Temsamani holds an MBA from the University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM) which adds to his vast knowledge and experience.
