He has implemented numerous product innovations which includes a digital tool which gives FNB customers an estimate of how much life and disability insurance they need, within minutes. He believes that digitising insurance is key to the proliferation of life insurance to all South Africans and is needed to ensure they can grow and protect their wealth.
