- Over 2 years as CEO in Rwanda for Frankfurt listed ($220m) PE firm's subsidiary, rescued a bankruptcy-led business valued at the time 1$, transformed and delivered profitability in a Digital (Fintech) Payments business with $7m sales in 24months and created a deal with Multi-Billion Dollar Telco Group on exit for incumbent shareholder at close to $10m

- 3 years as COO (DCEO) in Rwanda, for a Rabobank subsidiary bank. Transformed the Cooperative-like Bank into a fully- fledged Commercial Bank by restructuring, change of Business & Operating Model leading to Organic growth and 2nd largest bank in Revenue and Assets. Culminated into a unique competitive advantage by enhancing the Bank’s original foundations
