With a proven history of successfully leading IT/Digital projects for over a decade, he is adept at utilizing innovative and modern technology to address customers' challenges. Eric's background includes significant experience in overseeing IT services, and operations, as well as designing and leading the implementation of IT projects. His proficiency extends to roles such as a Web and Network Administrator at NAEB and an ICT and Marketing Officer at FERWAFA before joining Prime Life Insurance. Educationally, Eric holds an MBA in International Business and a BSc in IT Management, complemented by globally recognized certifications such as PMP®, ITIL®, and CII.
