Mr. Antonio Rosa is the Group Vice President of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management at Etisalat UAE, with a track record of success in telecommunications. With over 20 years of experience, he has led revenue assurance and fraud prevention strategies for Etisalat since 2022, providing guidance to Opcos in 16 countries and serving over 164 million customers. His expertise in minimizing fraud impact, assuring revenue, and improving operational performance has resulted in substantial savings and being granted the prestigious Etisalat GCEO award and Al Mawrid award (innovation program). Previously, he held senior positions at PT PORTUGAL and TMN, where he successfully reduced fraud losses, increased revenue, and deployed fraud management and revenue assurance systems. Additionally, he has academic experience as a University Assistant Professor in computer engineering. Mr. Antonio Rosa has a master’s degree in Electric and Electronic Engineering and several post-graduations from Lisbon MBA, London Business School, Columbia Business School, and MIT Sloan.
